Yesterday, I was notified that I’m going to be separated from BN effective Sept 4, 2020. The manager who called me dropped the bomb & didn’t even say BN is sorry or thanks for your 20 years of service. It’s typical of this company, considering the corporate culture which favors those who kiss managers ases, endlessly suk up to them & even talk about & demonize other employees.
The reviews are accurate. Management s—s. Most of the time they’re in a clique talking together in an office, or walking around spying on people & hoping to find something wrong. You’re treated like a number & no positive feedback or appreciation is shown.
I have formed a few genuine bonds with people at my store & I will miss them.

I'm shocked that there aren't more bad reviews on these sites. The District Manager and SM have been ruthless. And I don't see anything getting better.
Damn, these reviews are hysterical and so accurate!
It's tough to find something decent, especially in retail. Not surprised the reviews have gotten brutal.
