We have bills. We have medical expenses. We have kids in college. Your paycheck is important. But don't let that cloud the fact that THEY NEED YOU MORE THAN YOU NEED THEM! You know the importance of messaging and filing in this industry. You know the different teams and entities we deal with. You know the products. You know the benefits. You know the markets. THEY. KNOW. NOTHING. Remember how long it took you to pick up ALL THAT KNOWLEDGE. Remember how team members struggled because the information was difficult to grasp. Remember that. And then remember - THEY NEED YOU MORE THAN YOU NEED THEM. They need YOU to help THEM succeed. They need YOU to help acquire new members. They need YOU to help them retain members. They need YOU to get the mail out on time. They need YOU to understand the products. They need YOU to help understand the markets. They need YOU to help them stay within Compliance, so that they are not fined or suspended from selling a product. THEY NEED YOU! YOU DON'T NEED THEM!
