Hi everyone,
I am a new hire that was hired back in July 2020 for EMIT. I've been hearing from multiple sources that massive layoffs are going to be happening specifically for EMIT within the next couple of months (before December 2020). Is this true? Also will this be happen in other organizations across ExxonMobil as well? Does anybody have any insight on this and has this happen to anyone? Would the organization let go of EMIT employees before they even reach a year at the company? I aways thought it was standard to at least give workers 1 year(performance) before they are laid off.
