I am being targeted because management doesn’t like me they’re excuse is my sales are low but i get like 2 coachings a day on every little thing and it makes it impossible i have a checklist of 26 things i have to do as part of my action plan thay gave me and i can’t keep up. They just endlessly coach coach coach and i am now on a final and could loose my job and the union is no help and says they can do that and nothing they can do!!!! What good is the union?????
