I don't want to seem snide or course, however I don't think we would have a say in the business decisions. While everyone talks up Allstate is like family, truth is; it's a business.

Hell ya! Tom Wilson ,Shapiro and Eric all need gas money for the yachts bruh ! These are tough times for those high and mighty executive officers that we serve and honor every day . Remember. Allstate made a profit last year !

Poster below is correct, however, they are now essentially holding back a week of pay until you leave the company.

Ughh, why is this concept so hard to understand. You did not loose a week of pay. Get a calendar and your paystubs and match it up. Smh ...you are now being paid for the 2 prior weeks.
