This question is for engineers. Are the products they build used only by internal aetna insurance customers or it it for all people? are there yearly bonus / increments?

Why would you choose to go here with you particular skills?
I would think you could easily go to a high technology business of some sorts where they
will treat you better
with all the skills you have.
