Family coverage is offered thru Cobra for medical, dental, vision. No more life insurance from the company. Unemployment is dependent on your state guidelines, as it varies by state . I have no information on tuition reimbursement. Hope this helps.

I'm curious about spousal /family health coverage or is it just individual? Dental, life? I'm in Florida and I hear different things about being able to file for unemployment since job hunting would be really hard right now. Tuition reimbursement? That kind of stuff. Thanks for any info.

I took the last VSSP in June. What information are you looking for in regards to what was offered? I will attempt to answer your questions.

Really had hoped to hang in for awhile but it doesn't look good. Horrible management at all levels. Have to weigh the options. Hard to look at taking it with everything going on in the world but the thought of being here is literally making me sick. Can go for a bit without a job but I'm not able to fully retire yet either so that makes the choice hard. I hate to see a place I used to love working at destroyed the way this one has been but I don't see it getting any better. On one hand I hope for a buyout but can't imagine who would want it.

That’s. Real good 2 years ago supervisors were trying to scare techs into taking vspp telling us you may not get another offer like this and the move may be involuntary lay offs, and the company has just increased incentives. Guess they are getting desperate now, hope you managers get the same treatment that you have dished out.

I hear you man, I once loved working here also. At 20 years I don’t think I mentally can handle another 10, I think this place will k–l me

Can someone who received this or the last VSPP report what was offered?

It seems in Florida that you can't claim unemployment if you get severance. Not sure if covid changes this or if I'm even correct. I have to factor that in to decide on the Vspp. Hard to think where the company goes next. Just when you think it can't get worse it does
