Is Midstream included in the acquisition by Chevron?

My bet is they won’t be effected bad. There are not many designated employees for nblx as is.
Midstream doesn't have direct employees they are all NEI employees. So they will be affected. Chevron would assume ownership of NEI's shares in Midstream - which is a majority.
