It has become obvious that there is no future at Allstate. When management only knows to use layoffs to solve the company's ever-growing issues, it is obvious how inept and desperate they are. I know it's not an ideal job market right now, but I still believe everybody should be at least attempting to find a new job. There is no future here.

I would totally leave if I had 5 years or less and had a guarantee of a certain job.. that severance is not worth the uncertainty

My severance is the future. Not leaving until I find out about that!
