CSM shaping up to k–l SAM at the very least. Marketed as proactive and esclatation support. Going to be included as a freebie with new premier support. No mention of Sam. Next tam is being targeted as techie while failing to have strategy lots of csm folks magically trying to be tech. Seems bad

Have heard through the grapevine that 17 NASA SAM's were let go today.
Support creates these new roles just for (internal) show. They will be merged/layoff soon.
Won't matter as long as the product set is a spaghetti mess of poorly written software products that are not very well integrated. The dirty little (or perhaps huge) secret is that most customers are only partially successful with the products they've been sold, and the rest are shelf-ware. No amount of CXS, SAM, TAM, or whatever is going to fix that. Customer execs are tired of paying for this when AWS, Azure, and GCP are right there.
