We need to cut some folks, we all know that, so how about for once we really get rid of those who deserve to be shown the door? How about getting rid of those managers who have no idea how to do their jobs and if you ask them something they have no idea what you're even talking about? I could get behind such layoffs...

Us share holders need a vote of no competence from the top. Nothing less will revive the business
Up here in Aberdeen it would be easier count and keep the competent managers and directors. We reckon out of 5 directors only 2 are worth keeping. As for the managers it’s roughly 50%. Don’t ask us about VPs lol, oh well since you insist it’s nun out of two

This is so true across the whole site, manufacturing, service, engineering and commercial, everyone knows who they are it’s just that NOV have got rid of all the experienced people and who would you actually replace these people with?
They will all keep there jobs. Im hearing . They want all mondays in sept as well then oct they will look again. If nothing picks up job losses again

It’s not good to see people lose there jobs, but I must agree, certain managers, at nov Manchester are so inept at there jobs it’s astounding, how there in the positions there in, without any clue or knowledge about the job, surely the time has come to put people in such positions who actually know what there doing.
