Seeing anyone out of a job really stinks. But I need another 20 years of employment so some changes/cuts are necessary. We can all point to colleagues (multiple) that do very little and get paid way too much. Literally pushing paper and not retiring because they get 30 days vacation, 200k comp package plus another 60k in pension. If anyone down arrows this they are either part of what I just described or afraid to admit they are.
