Anyone heard a confirmed date for BBV surplus notices?

In true deathstar fashion the overlords are making everyone twist in the wind. I was on a call last week with an L4 who said that notifications will be coming "soon".
That was exactly the word used. Soon. When asked if that meant the 17th, the 24th, or in June 2025 the answer was "I don't know"
However, speculation (for what it's worth) is that the word will come by the end of the month. So cheer up! That means we only have another two weeks of stress, worry, and waiting.
Oh, and BBV is Broadband & Video.
