Anyone have any more information on whether store closures will begin in Q3 August? We’ve seen some late summer stock come in but still nothing that screams we will be here to see the holidays. Just wondering if anyone has received any merch that foretells of a more certain future.

In my experience when customers notice something is wrong, it’s a sign the company is about to fold.
I have heard that trucks are almost two months behind. I have seen some Nike long sleeves and hoodies coming in, but that's it. Even if we do get fall and winter in, it's no guarantee. These orders weee placed months and months ago. Belk is not stable by any means. They could fall at any time, and third quarter is very worrisome.
We have face masks. Lot’s of them and can’t keep displays stocked. Most appropriate. No coats yet if that’s why you’re inquiring. Probably next month as most retailers are delaying typical fall deliveries. Normally we would be in “back to school” mode, but since most students from elementary to college will be attending virtually...
I'd say by January Belk will be in liquidation.
Nope. No Fall goods here either. We got July 4th merch on the truck the week after July 4th. Great planning!
