Vendors beware Hertz has no money and is in bankruptcy, if you don’t get COD them it’s your own peril...you will be joining the others in the 21B scramble...
You have to be stupid or crazy to continue to bill Hertz for anything! Require COD for any service or product! They are not payong employees! Did you hear they "accidentally" updated employees pY RAtes to min wage . STOP billing them! The have no leverage on you! They will say they will take all the business away from you! They cannot do that becuase no other vendors will work with them!
don’t do any more work for hertz (or dollar or thrifty) because you will not get paid. there is only money for “critical” vendors and highly paid consultants. don’t expect legal action to bring any success, cut your losses and take your business elsewhere. you definitely don’t need a customer that will let you hang, so stop financing hertz and let them drop dead.

Same here, I am a vendor, they owe me two grand - some IT people working weekends had bunch of lunches catered and now they are not paying for it
