Logout/Login then reboot then power off reboot and if all that doesn't work then re-image!
You can request to speak to an American if you happen to get India. I did and was re-routed.

Well, since Allstate is on a mission to destroy every aspect of service, customer or employee related, I’m sure ATSC will be just fine since they are the worst IT department in the history of IT departments.
If you need help, they tell you to look it up after holding for an hour to get to them.
