Everyone can speculate whatever they wish, it's your right. The fact is the leadership said we would come out of this strong and a power house software company. Neither of which happened or will. The fact of the matter is they sold everyone out for their financial gain. That is a fact and now Elliot owns this company. Elliot if you haven't noticed is a hedge fund company, not Telecom. This is fixing to get picked apart like a Thanksgiving turkey. Don't you dare rely on TT, if you do then it will be your own fault.

I have been waiting for a catastrophic failure. We lose Switch/colo don't have support or spares. Can't pay the vendor for support, a few days go by and thing get escalating to VPs. Nothing gets done because it's a cash only transaction at that point. We went through this rodeo a few companies ago. People can't believe you want them to work for free and you are "good for it". It's not like they are going to come out and take back their replacement cards because they weren't paid in Net 90 billing. Oh wait that DID happen, carry along.
We stopped all preventative maintenance on critical infrastructure. Our vendors wont come out anymore because we owe them money. We are on cruise control right now waiting for the other shoe to drop.
I'm not sure that anyone thinks people losing their job is funny. The writing has been on the walls for years. The people that are still there have has at least a year to find a new job or get additional training to try and be a good candidate in the job market. If people get layed off they get layed off. People can't they didnt see it coming . That's be like standing on a train track that's far off and not moving off the track. If you sit around and wait for it. Its gonna happen...is there a chance it doesn't? Sure but not likely you won't be crushed.

I think that everyone knows that whatever is going to happen is going to happen. The part that is ridiculous is the fact that some people that post on this site seem to be sitting back and laughing about it as if people losing their jobs is funny and they are genuinely happy about it. There are many people that still work for this company that need jobs and simply can’t “just leave“ and yet some still sit there wringing their hands together and laughing about it. If you got out and got a better job then I’m genuinely happy for you, but for those that are left behind I don’t know how you can sit there and act like a complete jerk and laugh about it.
I’ve been thru this twice before. Companies like Elliot need to make money quickly or their clients leave. Cuts will be fast, often and deep.
