Anyone have any experience with this so called “clique” at The Barnes and Noble Union Square location?

Every work situation has some level of toxicity in it. Sadly, you can't escape it no matter where you go.
True in almost EVERY store !

Group of department managers two or three and An assistant store manager effectively runnings rough shot over the store favoring people who they like while pushing others out or bullying others And generally Just compromising the overall management of the store. Any truth to this or is this generally the atmosphere in big box retail like b&n. The union square location has gotten a bad reputation over the last five years. Mostly pertaining to their managers.
Perhaps if you explained what it was, we might know what you are talking about? You are so vague in your description, it could be anything!
