Hearing that no money us being spent till August for capitol expenditures like growth. Anyone hearing rumblings of mergers, acquisitions or spin offs?

In tx they are spending a lot of capital connecting the local over to the national side. Seems like they are doing it for something down the road. Moving a lot of transport to LV3 and Lite core from the local side.
They haven’t spent capital money to upgrade sh– in years!!!!
Probably need it to pay to transfer all our Cell Service to T Mobile, we supposedly had a deal and a discount with Verizon after the Qwest takeover and building up Fiber support for their Cell Towers, wonder what's in the wind we have not heard yet.
The Contract waged start kicking in here soon also, lots of Mid June stuff going on and Managers have been in continuous meetings.
