Will the next reorg include more staff reductions?

I mean beyond current furloughs...

You must not have been around for very long. There have been layoffs since the Samedan days. When the company was much smaller the number of people laid off was smaller too.

Historically Noble was a well managed highly respected company. Employees were valued and treated as family. Now a days Noble is a joke in the industry. Current management team, and the Board of Director’s, are incompetent. They don’t care about any but their own bonuses. Nobody wants to work for Noble. Ongoing investigations about age discrimination... allegedly the General Counsel taking “up skirt” videos beneath his office desk. Their reputation is bottom of the barrel.

Before the last down turn Noble had never done layoffs from what i understand. With a change in senior management and the downturn they seem to have completely embraced the concept and use it often.

Of course! It’s all Noble knows how to do. They are the lay-off experts! Done it more often than any other company.
