Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Looks like those previously laid off are the lucky ones

Think about it - it must have been devastating for the people who were laid off prior to the pandemic to lose their jobs at that time, but by now I'm betting you that the majority has found new and better jobs and they are still probably getting some use out of their severance.

Fast forward to today. Those who are about to be laid off are looking at a horrific job market and severance that'll probably be lower than ever. Honestly, now I'm p-ss-d that I haven't been laid off before.

Allstate has new management within their talent Centers. They’re worse because they don’t know anything including how to lead.

Seems like they also tend to threaten layoffs could come if results don’t change etc. it’s always like a hostage situation when unreachable measures are put in place.

They need better management, better training and also get younger forward thinkers to steer this company. One thing that is inevitable is change. You can’t meet new goals or take on new problems with what worked 10-15-20 years ago.

Yes every two years RATES go up so high or layoffs. I worked for Allstate in several states and they needed CHANGES sooner and rate decreases to possible about this?
