Layoffs started no respect to FTE. Don’t Apply anthem jobs. Worst company lot of politics. No job security. Not an employee friendly company. They support government projects but resources they want from offshore 😂

I agree there is no job security with Anthem...Business or IT. I am applying to external job and planning to leave Anthem ASAP. The constant round and threat of layoffs is not good for anyone’s mental health.

I agree this is just the beginning. It’s time to plan an exit strategy and leave Anthem. Onshore teams are being cut to the bone to force middle management to use Legato and Cognizant for development and lights-on support.

Confirmed there are layoffs happening across the board in GBD IT in Norfolk. Multiple depts are affected.
