These polls are never designed to take employee suggestions.
They measure how many employees are willing to rebel off message BY REGION.
That is the devious ticket - you ain't important - your feedback is used to identify which regions to cull from more.
You would think they would wait till August and given the big promised pay rises to get top marks lol.
Whats the point of asking staff how they feel but not doing anything about it and then keep asking the same until the staff surrender and give 10/10. Sounds a extremist way of getting reults.
Be better if they spent the resources and thier time on winning new business and we may get somewhere.
Mike is like that news reporter recently who stood in front of rioters and blazing buildings and was saying "as far as I can see, these are largely peaceful protests". Absolute clowns.
To 5wDbLJt - no chance of returning Dxc back to any sort of glory due to its past and current poor conduct, WFR at least every 6 months, no carear growth, no pay rise but more work being landed on our shoulders due to experience people being let out of the door.
Also hard to recover from the battering to reputation and reduction of staff + services under leadership of Lawrie.
We've keep on doing these questionnaires (even in CSC) with no changes coming through in what good employees have voiced.
True to form - HR will remove all of the negative feedback and only report the positives. As a result Salvino will prove that everything is ok, whereas the ship is a few feet from hitting the submerged icebergs.

Several things here
Bit worried they said it only takes 5-7 minutes to complete, must be a very small survey with few and only short comments allowed.
They never released the results of the last one despite promising to do so
Seems a truly bizarre time to do a survey - there are people being made redundant the same week they are asking them to complete the survey, there are many more people who have just survived a redundancy pool and do not have good thoughts to DXC, recent CEO outburst means even our CEO know staff aren't happy
Combine all of the above I'm worried the survey will have very limited and cleverly worded questions to give our leadership the answers they want, so they will then carry on as if there are no problems.
The alternative is that our leadership really are clueless or delusional and actually think this survey is going to be anything but a blood bath. I'm sure Mike said the next survey would not be as bad as the first one or something along those lines.

I can't believe they have the cheek to ask for another one after refusing to publish the last one despite uk management promising to release the results months ago.
I'm not playing any more.
just randomly and quickly fill it in and send back - don't waste time in doing it as nothing is done / taken account of the employee's views.
On the last one, I scored everything as low as possible. I know they are NOT anonymous at all but I stopped caring a long time ago.
i would take a stand, complete it and score 0's if it warranted it.
