Its the worst run Co. Ive ever worked for. The managers play favorites and gossip, when the DTL visits shes degrading and disrepectful.... HR mrg. Is the worst manager I have ever worked with, so many people have quit because of Her... Their sales are regularly going downwards, they have decreased hours, layed off many, and there is never anyone To assist customers. Everyone who shops and works there is stressed out. Very Toxic work envoirment.!

DTL? Never heard of that position at Belk.
I worked at a store like this. I loved my job but the manager was one of the worst managers ever. She was a heartless person. No one liked her. She would cruse customers out. She ran the store down and ran people off.
Not only toxic but a work environment that has illegal practices
