50 hours a week was a joke. we should of went on Strike. Yet you have other departments sitting about on there holes for 37.5 a week, and claiming all the night shift they want TNA N CONTROLLS. they should all be Binned for Stealing a wage.

I’ve personally seen people in that machine shop bullied on a daily basis and people wonder why the moral is low and people are at their wits end .

FFS guy's didn't realise that was going on. DQ must be due you guy's a fortune. Surprised there has been no claim made about it.
Years of making you take a holiday if you wanted a Sunday night off but if they didn't want you to work the Sunday night they just pulled you off it and you had to s— it up.
The issue will go away when they close the machine shop. The end
For years they got away with it , illegally forcing us to work 50 hour weeks being one of them.
Supervision despise this site simply because their years of dirty laundry are starting to surface for everyone to see and there is absolutely nothing "legally" they can do about it. I would like to think that management instead of paying this site to have DQ removed from it as per certain individuals requests they would do the right thing and investigate the people causing the problems as the issue will never go away until those people are dealt with.

Why don’t these wannabe bully’s look at themselves and leave so we could actually create a decent friendly atmosphere rather than the back stabbing dictatorship it is at present . We all know who these people are but they are institutionalised. They won’t change because they can’t , no one respects them and no one respects the viper who is saying all we do is whine and moan . The truth of the matter is that the truth hurts and these people are bubbling because finally we have shown everyone what it’s like under there leadership . We are not animals to be kicked by little men .

Blue blood dinosaur mentality. Telling people to man the F up and find somewhere else is not fixing the problem. Why not take the "colleagues" causing the problems in hand and that will fix the problem and DQE would be a much happier place. Sounds like you may be one of the "colleagues" that are at the heart of the problem.
