AMS town hall who cares about the back ground of the new HR person is. HR works for the company, not for the employee's . We already completed a bunch of surveys and nothing happens. Total waste of time.
Also Story's, who cares . Tell us something that affects the employee. This is not a sales pitch to our clients.
One of the things I don't miss since I left DXC was their passion for endless and useless internal meetings and how managers used to spend all day in internal meetings like "Iam tied up all day" (yeah, no s**t) to discuss things that would take 5 minutes in a normal company to resolve and they'd invite like loads of people in to share the pain of what could be done on 2 minute email.
Yes, I remember those staged managed town halls with those famouse stooge questions at the Q&A that made everyone around the world cringe in absolute syncronicity. "How do you manage to stay so brilliant whilst facing all these difficult challenges Mike?" then people caught onto their stage management, so they decided to relax the pre-screening and allow some 'real questions' through the vetting to avoid people thinking it is staged managed. But that went spectacularly wrong when on UK guy asked asked a question about layoffs and pay rises that resonated around the whole world and angered the guy at the top who nevertheless gave an answer. Thanked everyone for attending the call and the guy was taken care of. Sopranos style.
I don't miss those days.

Is it town hall month, seems to be one every other day. Sounds like these managers are bored or mkstinky have told them they need to communicate more, so they think its touchy freely.
As it's just repeats its getting boring, it would
be more efficient if they cgi'd their picture on top of the previous video.
Save a lot of time and money and we can ignore the repeats.
