The U.S. Trustee is an officer of the court who handles administrative aspects of the case. In this case, the Trustee is objecting to the structure of the deal and promises made to To a “third party” (I think that’s Elliott; I didn’t read the whole thing.

Always thought it you worked hard and did your job well things would work out - ready to try taking the another route.
