It's a dumb business model with s–c-dal delivery tactics. Imagine you were a housebuilder and in order to cut costs you kept your bricklayer, plumber and painter, but made your roofer, electrician and carpenter redundant. Surprise surprise - you don't have the capabilities or people to produce a house. I am working on a UK account that is losing 100% of the people on certain vital projects. It makes us all look like utter mutants.

See that big 'Advisory' at the top of the stack in that article. In the UK, almost 80% of DXC Advisory have just been made redundant. These are folks who're working actively with customers every day, and who will disappear in 10 days from now. The customers don't even know it's coming (yet).. I can predict the impact on DXC revenue without having to think too hard.
