I stand today before all of you and pledge that I will no longer let myself be part of the toxic atmosphere of U.P. Im making a change. Im going to treat others with respect even if its not reciprocated. I will stay positive, give 100 percent everyday, no longer complain, control my anger and emotions. I'm going to be friends with all of my mid-management. Buy them dinners, and invite them to BBQs. Because competency no longer matters. You can totally be terrible at your job, just don't be an a$$%*&. In this counterculture, telling people they're bad at something means you're a nazi, so all evaluations are now based on how well you get along with people. S— on at your job, maybe even break stuff? That's ok because everyone thinks you're cool.
