After the latest RID we are a skeleton crew. We don't know how work is going to get done. He doesn't know. They just eliminated areas. No more being assigned to a specific area. The young rose colored glasses guys are even forced to admid we are doomed. The old they have to have to have someone to do the work theory doesnt even fly with them any more. More guys quitting. MRO hides in his office. SRO keeps telling us how great things are. We wonder if he even believes that anymore.

If becoming a vile human being and belittling staff is what you mean then yeah my sro fits the bill.

“no job is so urgent or important that we cannot time to perform our work safely”

Someone who has legit been here that long. That plaque was in every crew room in 14 states.

I have a small version, found it cleaning out a desk that had been pushed off in a corner and sat for years, I have it at my Desk now posted.

A Co Worker seen it at my desk and asked me where the heck I found it, she had not seen one in years.

Talked to the MRO, he said they have no control anymore, they get paid 100 something thousand to take orders. Sweet gig to do nothing all day.

Opposite. Ours walks around laughing to himself saying stuff like, we are all doomed, all they care about is money not the customer and stuff like that. Says, I won't be here much longer, they will get rid of me too cause i won't unfairly punish you guys. Even sent a group text when they made the announcements of who is leaving, saying "we're done" time to find a new job.
Another SRO walks around all quiet with a stern look on his face and says nothing to nobody.

Exact opposite here. Mine is too engaged. Mad about everything all the time. Especially the last few months.
