So the team at Cameron Corporate, the ones that are purely expenses and bring almost no value to the business... Why are they being shielded from all this? Their industry 4.0 project is a joke, and they even have a few incompetent managers there who have been living in a bubble for so long that they don't even know how things are done in the outside world... So many good people being let go, how can upper management let such leeches to stay... Almost all, if not all of them, are useless... Just travel and do nothing...

Perfectly true so why are they protecting CAM personnel. I worked for MI and I was told (to my face) that CAM where under instruction to glean all they could from us and give ZERO BACK... CAM is a disaster it should never have been bought, they brought ZERO to the table as we where under the impression they could supply rig packages, they struggled to supply paper towels !!!!
Cameron is paying the bills? Questionable but doable. Cameron Corporate?
A bunch of parasites. As usual people on the ground are the ones paying for all those privileges.
The same bunch of jokers rotate at the n-1 &2 levels, no matter what reorganisation happens!! Shake up the tree and you will hear some truth
The ones that should be laid off - are the protected, entitled ones. The ones that have a job because of who they are related to.
The leeches are on the SLB side. SLB may not be making money, but Cameron is pulling in the profits to pay for the rest of SLB. Cameron has been putting in a lot of effort to lower costs to give better pricing to our customers. It is working.
But we all know there will be more layoffs with execs, managers, and shop workers. Just the way it is since sales are down.
My number one priority in SLB was to get a good performance review so I had to work hard and really make sure my boss like me. Never ever say or do anything controversial that could jeopardise the relationship and my career opportunities. Always try to make the boss look good is another great tactic
Why do Schlumberger employees have no balls? Is fear the controlling factor for them?
They are so scared to speak against the management and always do what they are told and this is not good for diversity of opinion. Say the wrong thing and you get fired
This is not the way to run a company and fear of failure must be eliminated because let’s face it SLB fails all the time
Hahahahaha so many big mistakes it’s unbelievable this company is still in business but don’t ever mention that in a meeting because you will be fired very quickly
Agreed - they are protected or related to someone. It’s a disgrace in this industry!!!!!
