Oh yeah if you are at Dell in Round Rock its coming and has been happening. They have been chipping away at personnel slowly to avoid making news. Dell wants to hold you to non-communicated expectations and provide you with no support so they can fire you easier. BEWARE!!!! Start looking somewhere else ASAP!!

I asked the question posed below, and was given the standard JC generic answer. I mean maybe truthfully they are hanging on to the prospect of saving jobs and there is no decision to pull the trigger in place. We may as well be optimistic until we have reason not to be.

Why is nepotism allowed at Dell? One husband works with Sales and then the wife kisses a– as a VP’s Girl Friday. People like that should be laid off.
