Volunteer and get the package. 6 mid for most plus 6 months of medical plus they gave me 5 weeks vacation pay
Just announced for my department in Aero that there is another round of self-nominations for RIFs. This one will impact all regions. No announcement for the team as to how extensive they will be.
Something is definitely in the works. A deeper cut intended next month will happen and gearing up for the names that will be led out the door.
How can this happen only less than a month of RIF, you might ask. Either the is was down to bad planning of the required cost saved or you don't know MM that well when he was running in ISC. The longer this guy is up there, there will be not a single day that you don't worry about if your job is still there. Leave this place and head outwards for more tolerable work environment
