if you got fired on a group conference call, let's be honest, you didn't have an office to clear out, you had a cube at best.

Here was my exit experience - Get on a conf call with several others. Speaker says 'Today is your last day. Take an hour to pack up your things. When you leave your office, turn off the light and close the door'.

Dear #ontonewdreams - One of my favorite sayings is.... Everybody gets a turn. Had my turn last year. You will miss the people and the routine, but life goes on. You will find your way, as I did. Kiss that nightmare good-bye, and good luck to you..... :)

Service delivery on its way to be 100% oursourced, focus is on cookie cutter sd-wan and VoIP installs anyway. Need to start laying on managers/directors and consolidating smaller teams as well. Something has to gove in the next quarter tho, money running out fast

I agree with the most recent post. If you hang around I'm praying for you but don't complain when the hammer drops and it will. No sales no money. No sales no installs. No sales no repair. Just leave while you can.

Management knows how to jerk diiiccks and shuffle headcount to stay employed. That's why management is bloated and will survive.

The teams that wont survive are the install and repair teams. There's nothing to install and ...... well, repair can't repair shllllt. So that's going overseas.

Easy financial reconciliation i.e. if we're not losing money, WE MUST BE DOING GOOD!!

Don't worry. TT and his boys will comfort you. He might even post his luxurious summer vacations for everyone on stream. If not just listen to the Town Halls. That should give everyone comfort. If that doesn't work just think about the bonuses the kids got. They got your back. Just hang in there and wait. You could ask Judge Drain to help you. Oh, sorry He and TT are on vacation together.

Why don't you make like a fetus and head out Biff?

We've laid off enough of the rank and file that a management level reorg is probably due. A manager with under 10 direct reports can hit the pavement.

Every Thursday of pay week is magic Thursday - although I was cut on a Tuesday, after 22 yrs. Go figure!

I heard on Monday that they are getting ready to cut management in half! Practically nothing left to manage that can’t be done from LR. No indication of what level this starts at but I think they usually start with the “higher earners” don’t they? I heard two weeks, not in July. I was already able to line up one interview! Hope the grass is greener!!

Recent trend was April 30th and May 21st.
Some people got walked out and some people stayed and worked the final 2 weeks.

Not much gas left in the tank this summer!

Soon!

Only 2 weeks left to get Q2 results in. Revenue is going to be down with the lack
of installs due to offices closed/partially open.

We don't have the cash to support the business through Q3. We need to slim down and there
is only one way to do that, reduce salary and benefits.

Expect to see work furloughs starting in July, OT is already out the door for my team for the foreseeable future.

I would guess June 25th based on HRs track record. 10% staff reduction across the board.

Next round is In July. Impacts Enterprise Sales and Service Delivery. This includes Strategic Solutions group that isn’t strategic at all. The ship continues to sink. they will continue to outsource, and reassign responsibilities to people that don’t know the job.
