Poll: Did you receive your full vacation and leave pay for 2020? Apparently, people have not been receiving it per the severance package agreement.

It’s not “yours” until it’s accrued during the year. You can take vacation before you accrue it and go negative. But, legally, the company does not have to pay you for unaccrued time.
Yes, prorated. 5/12 * whatever was your vacation per year.
I got my vacation prorated up until the day they canned me.

When you say it was prorated, do you mean you were paid for the fraction of the year you were employed?
