Why does hcsc laying off all contractors. Is it going to continue laying off employees as well. Is all the layoffs are due to covid or is hcsc loosing business/premiums from the members

Are all contractors really gone? Because someone I know was interviewed not long ago for a contract role in Chicago. to the other question the company has lost a lot of members because they were let go from employers that are Hcsc customers. Do not know if the company will be able to break even this year. New business has not made up for member losses.
Is it really ONLY project funded contractors?
We've lost over a million members due to the pandemic. Less members = less money = projects are getting cut due to decreased funds to pay for those projects = contractors funded from those projects are being let go.
