I have never seen any racist managers and execs. Their goal is profits and they could care less about skin color.
The only place I see racism constantly is with hourly workers. When these people are disciplined then they will say the manager is racist. If they are asked to do work then they just give HR a fake racist complaint.
The sad part is when the investigation shows the only person being racist is the hourly worker, they never get punished. Workers should not get away with fake racist claims. They should be fired. Making a fake racism claim about someone is being racist.

I agree with you 100%! I was released back in 2015 and having Schlumberger on my resume has been a curse. I have spoken to consulting firms and HR reps and all have said when they see Schlumberger on a resume it's thrown in the trash bin.
