Wow, no raises, that’s rough. At least they gave me half of one percent! You see, it’s very difficult for multi-millionaires to understand the concept of inflation as it relates to the middle class paycheck. Millionaires aren’t affected by inflation. We paid out $10M to the LR5 in KEIP bonuses and another $15M in KERP bonuses to the top 150. Nothing left in the tank for the rest of us.
I was told I am not eligible for a raise. I am outside of my pay scale for my job title.
I think that was a subtle way to tell me to leave and find a new job.
