I wonder what Gulfstream has been paying to bury this forum on google searches. It’s very promising to see that our efforts to speak the truth are working and they are wanting to conceal their dirty laundry. We must keep engaging this forum to fight their efforts.

Glassdoor trolls on gac payroll. "Look at me, boss! Did I do good?"
I can assure you marketing visits here often.
Thanks for the info on Glassdoor. I guess a fair and honest review on that site doesn't violate the non-disparagement clause in the severance if we don't trash them. I'm just honestly going to say what is like working somewhere where no matter how high your performance you can be tossed out on your butt at any moment.
https://www.glassdoor.com/Jobs/Gulfstream-Jobs-E2812.htm Sort the reviews by time, then click on "helpful" the one you truly think are helpful. This will push up the review by popularity and it will be one of the first reviews to show up on the page.
Unfortunately, I don't think most people look at this website when considering a company. However, Glassdoor is and I highly recommend to leave a honest feedback. No need to trash the company, but just a fair observation of the experience. How was the growth over the year, what could be improved, how did it end etc. I noticed some pattern for Honda Jets and it made me not want to apply there for sure...
To the Commenter below this one - grief follows a pattern when there is a loss. This RIF was a loss for those of us who loved the work we did. But eventually we have to accept we were canned like “criminals” as another post mentioned, and find acceptance that we weren’t worthy. People will stop posting here when they finish that grieving.
I just hope some of the words remain as a warning to anyone thinking of relocating their families and lives to Savannah for this company. GAC will use you up, and throw you away when they are done with you, no matter how hard you work, how much you love the work.
I have to say, there have been much less posting recently. The algorithm doesn’t like dead website. There were much more postings 2 weeks ago. I am part of the laid off people and I hate GAC now, but just giving an observation.
Deleted post that don’t go against this site’s policy but were likely submitted for review by GAC and all the union talk tells me they are very familiar with this site’s content. This site was at the top of a Google search for Gulfstream layoffs and now all the sudden it’s being buried by mostly obscure news articles. Either they are doing it in house or have hired a reputation defender type of company. Heck, it wouldn’t surprise me that the people replying to this thread saying GAC doesn’t care are the ones trying to get it buried. Sad that instead of treating employees well and having competent leadership, GAC has most likely chosen to try and silence us with dirty tactics. Yes we need a union.
Actually right now with the layoffs happening across the country, this is the first place I come to check the company out.
I’ve been on interviews where the people doing the interviews have mentioned this site’s comments. Aerospace is a tight knit group and most already don’t want to come to Savannah, certainly not to work for a loathsome company.
I doubt GAC cares what gets posted here, and I'm pretty much 100% sure no one of any consequence at GAC reads this stuff. Also doubt anyone looking for a job searches layoff websites anyway. You go to places like Glassdoor. And from the looks of the Glassdoor reviews, GAC posts glowing stuff about themselves to look like a secure place to work and a well run organization. SMH
