That’s what my VP said, because people working remotely full list is not ready yet.
My VP said last week our group will not impacted, but today many people left. More lay-off expected in September.

I hope that realization didn't shock you too much. It's not unique to Seagate, but with the company shrinking there's no new blood to temper the buddy buddy system.
It's only going to get worse from here on out.
Seagate does not practice what it preaches. As long as your part of the buddy system, you are safe even if you are incompetent.
