Good Lord! I haven't been on here in a while, but can tell by a lot of the comments that many of you are the same people that have been whining and complaining about Follett for close to ten years! Is Follett perfect? No! Noone is forcing you to stay. Go see for yourself if the grass is greener elsewhere, if so - wonderful but all this complaining is doing is robbing you of what could be a moment of happiness. Move on!

Oh! Don’t worry....many will be moving on! The way Follett is currently treating their employees and customers falls far below industry standards! I think it would be impossible to find another company who has cut pay/hours for employees by this much for this long! It is very apparent Follett’s main concern is Follett and they don’t care about their employees. The customers see it too. It’s very sad as it once was an amazing company. They have amazing employees right now but fail to appreciate them properly.
I agree with the original poster. Some will find greener pastures but most will not. To have change you need to make change. Come with a solution, be heard or force someone to listen. If they don’t, leave since there is more opportunity.
Wow, great insight from someone who is checking this layoff site for the last 10 years and reading all whining and complaints. Perhaps you need to quit reading this site if you are so happy.
