The system is C-ap! They’ve removed multiple 10 ratings from actual customers. Leaving all of the bad ratings without an explanation. I’ve reached out to support to report this issue but no word back. Now I am being threatened with termination for low service score amongst other things. This has to stop! I am fed up!
