Hahahahaha.... Any idea what an intrest payment is on those loans?? A sh–on more than any Sears or Kmart auction will fetch.

Eddie can no longer afford liquidators. Auction is fastest way to raise immediate cash that will go to make Seritage's interest payments.
Is staff boxing up merchandise to send to auction rather than a traditional liquidation? I remember reading about this a month or so on this site.
Its liquidated in 2 weeks? Whats in there now? Is it a walk away store because if not its 2 weeks just to clean it per the BK book.
