Directors were cheated by the creation of a new multiplier less than 1.00 that worked its way into the formula at the last minute. ELT compensation was omitted from FY20 annual report and will be supplied to SEC by end of July. That information will surely prove you correct.
You’re correct. Directors and above will get bonuses this year.
