It's just about appearances...we're such a great company COVID doesn't apply to us! We've got it under control! I for one will NOT return to work. Who would risk their very life to do so, when we've been working from home perfectly well for 3 months????? This company is in bed with Trump, the Republican party, and all they care about is money. If you think differently god bless you but you'll see. UHG cares about you as much as this administration cares about you. Which is: NOT. AT. ALL.
It depends on what state and area you are located in. Each county has different rules in my state of california so this doesn't make sense.
You need to follow the rules provided by the state or city you are in.
If they are saying that going into the place is not safe for your business than they need to follow that rule to go by. If not, your or someone could report this to the state or city and they will look into what is going on there.
It’s ludicrous they call themselves a healthcare company. Make your opinion known on the recent survey! If anyone were to take even the smallest dirt to a news agency they could really but this company under water.
