In the news today in OKC, Costco Wholesale purchases building from Hertz (known as the Quail Springs bldg). This is one of 2 building Hertz has in the OKC area, this was the admin bldg.

I work at that office and we have known about this move since last fall. It's not new news and we were supposed to begin moving in April, but that got put on hold with everything going on.
Quail springs went up forsale March 3. Same day Kathy and Paul sold off there stock, sounds pretty planned
I was thinking of checking out what Costco has to offer but do I want to work in that building again.......smells like rotten sh– most days on both the inside and outside. Leaky windows and holes in the ceilings....I hope they plan on renovating the building before sticking people in it
They were already in the process of moving HAC to HTC before all this began. We were notified in December that the two buildings would be combining this summer. So that was the plan all along.

Costco planning to buy Hertz office building
Hertz employees located in a company-owned office building near Quail Springs Mall were told today that Costco will be purchasing the property and they will need to be out by the end of June.
