Paul, Jamere, and Gutherie know that Hertz won't survive and they are on borrowed time so they wrote checks to themselves before the judge and creditors dictate how to desolve operations. Paul is clearly a broken soul and is going to pimp out the company to enrich himself and the phoney cronies. Kathy is just consulting with the Senior Leaders on how to take whatever is left. Goodbye pensions, goodbye jobs, and goodbye customers. What a sham!
