Yes i agree , 16 years ago . When they said safety first it was safety first. When we were proud to work for UP. They weren't out to get you for BS audits to keep up with there quota so they can get there bonus.

I agree. And for those who think BNSF is so great, Ive got news for you, there going through phase 1 of PSR as we speak. All the railroads are going through it, and it doesnt have an end in sight. Theres no end game to it. Its evolution, this aint your grandaddys railroad anymore. The gravy train has made it to the station, time to work. So get on board or get off. The choice is yours, nobodys is asking you to stay. Sure its frustrating with alot of managers making some of the weirdest, dumbest decisions, but there not managers because there smart, its a yes man thing. Deal with it. Agreement, get over yourselves, Unions arent what they used to be and have nothing to offer. Yoir always gonna have those douchebag guys who think there part of a Union but like the managers there not very smart. If you take a good hard look around your yard, i bet you will notice the smart people are the ones who are happy, dont complain, just enjoy there day in exchange for money and go home. Byeeeeeeeeee
