It's in play - if eligible, people will hear about it on Tuesday. I don't know what the strategy is...we are most like going to loose lot of good people. Thanks Kathy for hiring a ton of new phone reps. Now every unit is under pressure. Epitome of short term thinking and strategy. Reactive as always.
I’m hearing from many sources VBO 2021 is real and will be announced this week.
Heard today VBO in play this spring.
Highly doubt it. They had too many and unexpected takers in the last buyout. They lost a lot of institutional knowledge and trying to rebuild through hiring. 99% sure of this.
Fidelity is targeting Tiaa reps as we expand our branches and phones. Fidelity is hiring and taking advantage of other financial companies downturns in an aggressive way. It’s great to work for a private company.
I'm in the know.
The answer: No.
Is water wet?
I was wondering the same. Does anyone know anything? Please speak up!
