Has anyone heard anything on when they are going to try and start reopening HLE locations that got temporarily closed?

Well my BM just gave his 2 week notice! It will be just me soon!
Based on what?
HLE is done!
Why would they reopen some for the interim if they are going to close them all down as part of the restructure? Why would they bother reopening any at all if they already know the plan is to close them all down?
I don't expect to comeback. Furlough was a blessing. Not willing to risk my health for any business.
There maybe a handful reopening for the interim but it is not a widespread initiative. Direct communication from very high level person is that HLE will be closing down as part of the restructuring plan.
HLE locations are in fact starting to reopen next week, so everyone claiming to know that none of them are ever reopening are wrong
If someone is telling you that there is hope for HLE locations to reopen they are crazy of flat out lying to you. Every meeting in Estero the talks have been to close down HLE. A few weeks ago we shared that OKC is selling it office space and we were told we had no clue of what we were taking about, Guess what?
The main focus is to save the brand at the AP operations. The plan is to get back to the core business Hertz started and that is the AP corporate and leisure business. The HLE model will go away.
HLE locations that have not shown a positive adjusted pretax for the last 12 months will be permanently closed. Working on deals with land lords to get out of the lease. The restructuring will require massive consolidation so expect more HLE locations to shut its doors. The few left on furlough will be laid off. Don't expect to be called back to work.
